Terms of Use
MFE Platform · Effective October 8, 2026
MFE Platform is an internal business system. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to it.
1. The platform
MFE Platform ("the platform") is operated by MFE Rentals, Inc., doing business as MFE Inspection Solutions ("MFE"). It is provided to employees and authorized contractors of MFE and its affiliated companies to carry out their work for MFE.
2. Who may use it
You may use the platform only if MFE has set you up as a user and your user record is active. Access is through your own MFE Google Workspace account. Do not share your account, sign in as someone else, or let another person work under your sign-in.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the platform for MFE business only, and within the permissions of the role you were given.
- Enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Do not try to reach records, entities or locations you were not given access to, or to get around the platform's controls and approvals.
- Do not copy, export or disclose information from the platform other than as your work for MFE requires.
- Do not interfere with the platform's operation or security, and report anything that looks like a security problem to a System Administrator.
MFE's employee policies and any confidentiality agreement you have with MFE apply to your use of the platform.
4. Confidentiality and ownership
The platform, and all information in it, belong to MFE or to the customers and vendors MFE holds it for. It is confidential. You gain no rights in it by using it.
5. Activity is recorded
Sign-ins and the actions taken in the platform are recorded in an audit trail, including actions an administrator takes on another user's behalf. MFE may review these records to operate, secure and audit the platform. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Automated assistance
Some features draft text or suggest entries using artificial intelligence. Suggestions can be wrong. You are responsible for what you confirm, send or save.
7. Availability and changes
The platform is provided as is. MFE may change it, interrupt it for maintenance, or suspend or end any person's access at any time.
8. Ending access
Your access ends when your work for MFE ends, or earlier if MFE decides so. These terms' confidentiality obligations continue afterwards.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the platform means you accept it.
