Privacy Policy
MFE Platform · Effective October 8, 2026
In short: MFE Platform is an internal business system for the staff of MFE Inspection Solutions and its affiliated companies. It uses Google sign-in only to confirm who you are. It reads your name and email address from your Google Workspace account, and nothing else.
1. Who we are
MFE Platform ("the platform") is operated by MFE Rentals, Inc., doing business as MFE Inspection Solutions, 150 Holder Lane, Dripping Springs, TX 78620, USA ("MFE", "we"). It is used by employees and authorized contractors of MFE and its affiliates (MFE Inspection Solutions Canada, MFE México, MFE Middle East and MFE Enterprises).
This policy covers the platform only. MFE's public website has its own policy at mfe-is.com/privacy-policy.
2. Google user data we access
When you choose Sign in with Google, the platform asks Google for the basic sign-in scopes openid, email and profile. From Google's answer it reads:
- your email address, and whether Google has verified it;
- your name;
- the Google Workspace domain your account belongs to.
The platform does not request and cannot read your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google data. It does not receive your Google password.
3. How we use it
- To identify you. Your email address is matched to your user record on the platform. Only an active user on an approved MFE Workspace domain is let in; nothing is created for anyone else.
- To keep a sign-in history. Each sign-in attempt is recorded for security: the email address, the name Google reported, the outcome, the time, the network (IP) address and the browser.
Google user data is not used for advertising, is not used to build profiles, and is not used to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. How we store and protect it

The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and access to the systems behind it is limited to authorized MFE personnel.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties, except:
- with service providers that host or operate the platform on MFE's behalf (Amazon Web Services), under their own confidentiality and security obligations;
- where required by law, or to protect the security of the platform and of MFE.
6. Other information in the platform
In the course of their work, staff record business information in the platform: customers and contacts, quotes, rentals, sales, repairs, shipments, purchase orders and the like, together with an audit trail of who did what and when. That information is MFE's business record. It is used to run MFE's operations and is kept for as long as the business and the law require.
7. Your choices
- You can sign out at any time from the menu under your name.
- You can remove the platform's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You will be asked again the next time you sign in.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information the platform holds about you by writing to the address below. Some records must be kept where the law or MFE's legitimate business needs require it.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
The platform's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
